Ryan Shores feature film composing credits include Harvard Man (Sony Picture Classics) starring Sarah Michelle Gellar, Lift (2001 Sundance Film Festival official selection; on Showtime in July 2002), and Vulgar (Lions Gate Films, produced by Kevin Smith, to be released theatrically in April 2002). Ryans short film composing credits include A Letter from the Western Front (Student Academy and Student Emmy Award winner), Cadaverous (for which he won the 2001 Woodstock Film Festival Elmer Bernstein Scoring Award) and Scout's Honor starring Bill Murray and Alec Baldwin. Ryan also plays saxophone and has most recently played with the band Matchbox Twenty, with whom he completed a tour of the United States, including an appearance on Late Night with David Letterman.
